Chinese 1:

You did some practice questions for Lesson 6, and then we came back to Lesson 3 to catch up what we have missed. Doesn't it feel easy once you have learned more difficult materials?

Your homework:
1. You need to type out a paragraph to introduce your family and family members. Please either use ppt or word document. Sentence patterns you can use are:
1. 这是我的家。 zhe shi wo de jia  This is my family
 2. 我的家有————个人。 There are _ people in my family.
3. 我的爸爸叫—————，他的工作是——————。 my dad is called__, his job is___.
     我的妈妈。。。
     我的哥哥/姐姐/弟弟/妹妹。。。。
4。 我家在 ——————。wo jia zai ___.  My family lives in ____.
      or you can say:
      我家是从————来的。  wo jia shi cong __lai de.  My family came from ___.

5. 我有一只狗?  wo you yi zhi gou ? I have a dog?  它叫——————。

6. 我爱我的家 。  wo ai wo de jia .  I love my family.


Please practice reading it several times before we present. I expect you can say it fluently.
Also, Please spend some time to study the vocabulary for Lesson 3. I will ask my sub teacher to give you a quiz on vocabulary.

Chinese 2:

你们做了 Ordering food skit.  很好。你们的作业是：11-7 fill in the blanks on Textbook Page 180.  Then type out a paragraph/dialogue  for each of the three situations for 11-9.

1. We learned Lesson 6 vocabularies and text. You homework is: Workbook, Page 27, I A and B, Page 27, IIA, and Page 28 IIB.  If you have trouble understanding the listening portion, please listen to the audio resource of the vocabulary and text several more times. Chinese 2 class:
1. We learned Lesson 11. Please continue to review the vocabulary list and text. Then finish Page 179, 11-6 of substituion.
