ni men hao!
Today we went over PinYin Section 7, the Nasal Finals and Section, the Special Pinyin rules.  We also explained the changes of tones for "yi" and " bu". If you are not very clear, please read textbook page F-9 to F-11 one more time.  We had some fun with tone twisters again and the poem we used is on page F-23.

Most of you finished homework. This is the first class, so I would gave some students excuses. But next time, late homework will only get half point. Please try to finish homework on time since they often reinforce the learning and help you understand new concepts better.
Homework for today is: Workbook page 3&4.
